Tirana police have given an official notice regarding the arrest of the former KLA soldier Dritan Goxhaj.

According to the announcement, the Court of First Instance has decided to allow the physical control of the 45-year-old’s apartment.

“The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Serious Crimes against the Person in the Tirana Local Police Directorate executed the decision dated 20.07.2023, of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, which has decided to allow the physical and the residence of the citizen D. G., as well as the appointment of the personal security measure “Arrest in prison”, for the purpose of extradition, against the citizen D. G., 45 years old, born in Fier and resident in Tirana” – informs the police.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.
