In a meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) Ramush Haradinaj listed some of his concerns when it comes to the dialogue with Serbia.

Among others, Haradinaj emphasized that AAK is worried about the fact that there is no US envoy in the dialogue process.

“There is an absence of the US at the dialogue. This is not a good situation for Kosovo, it creates a disbalance for the interests of Kosovo at the dialogue. It would be really useful to appoint a US emissary for the dialogue”, Haradinaj said.

The leader of AAK also said there is some confusion about the agenda, adding that he wouldn’t want to be an ambush in the future during talks with Serbia.

“We see that it is Lajcak carrying the main weight at the technical dialogue process, but it is low representation level for an agenda, it is not the leader. We don’t see an agenda for the dialogue”, said Haradinaj.
