During the next session in the process against the elected mayor of Himara, Alfred Beleri, SPAK (Special Anti-Corruption Structure), during the reading of the written evidence, told the court that the examination of the phone of the other co-defendant, Pandeli Kokaveshi, revealed a group in the Whats Up application called “You are my Himara”.

In this group, according to the Prosecutor’s Office, there are talks about the help that would be offered to the citizens of Himara and the surrounding areas, including the provision of “Greek documents”.

Even in a conversation, Beleri drew Kokaveshi’s attention with the words: What are these conversations, you will burn from these!

But Beleri’s lawyers opposed the readings of SPAK and according to them, they are not related to the object of the trial and the conversations were carried out earlier than the criminal offense was committed, even the phone was owned by Pandeli Kokaveshi’s mother.

It is also reported that Fredi Beleri has refused to hand over the phone code. This was announced by the Prosecutor’s Office in today’s session, where the written evidence was presented. Based on this fact, the prosecution could not examine his phone, but Arsen Rama’s (coworker) where the calls and communications with him were found.
