Tourism and infrastructure stand out as the primary sectors of interest for French investors.
During an official meeting with the Minister for Foreign Trade, Attractiveness, and French Nationals Abroad from the French Republic, Olivier Becht, the Minister of Finance and Economy, Ervin Mete, provided a concise overview of Albania’s current economic situation and the investment opportunities it presents to foreign investors. Additionally, he expressed Albania’s keen interest in encouraging French businesses to expand their presence in the country by investing in various sectors, including energy, transportation, and tourism.
This visit is part of Albania’s participation in the Business Forum and Ministerial Meeting of Economy Ministers of the countries involved in the Berlin Process, scheduled for September 26 in Tirana.
