Prime Minister of Italy Georgia Meloni has arrived at the port of Vlora. She will hold a private meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama and it is not yet known if she will have any communication with the media after the meeting.

The ferry on which Georgia Meloni travels seems to be near the port of Vlora, while Prime Minister Rama, who arrived a few minutes earlier, will wait at the port.

Correspondent of Euronews Albania, Ebrieta Maçi, has given more details about this meeting.

“She is accompanied by her husband and daughter, this is what the ferry agency confirms. She arrives today to conduct a private visit with the Prime Minister of Albania.

According to what the Italian media say, she will stay in Vlora today, while the next day she will return to Puglia. Security measures have been strengthened at the entrance to the port”, said Ebrieta Macaj.
