The summer season directs tourists to the beaches in the country’s coastal cities, but Korça remains a destination for foreign tourists.

During the weekend, a group of German tourists, organized in groups, stopped in Korça.

They are amazed at what they find in this part of Albania.

“I come from Germany, from Frankfurt, I am in Albania because I like this country. Before it was a bit difficult to come here, now it’s easier and I took my friends with me”, says a tourist.

“I am from Germany, I want to discover your beautiful country, understand your amazing culture, I see Korca and this city is very beautiful. The prices are very cheap. I will definitely come again”, says another.

In 2022, more than 90,000 tourists visited Korça region. It is expected that this year their number will exceed 100 thousand tourists.
