The deputy mayor of Kukes, Granit Gjana, told the young activists of Euronews Albania’s “RinOn” that he himself left Tirana for Kukes and that he would not choose to leave for London, where the people of Kukes are mainly emigrating to, even if he wasn’t elected as deputy-mayor.
Gjana even called on young people not to leave the country. “I would suggest all the people of Kukes to stay in Kukes as the opportunities to move and develop are increasing,” he said.
Gjana also informed the general public that there are two concrete projects for young people that are currently being developed in Kukes.
