Gjirokastra has turned on the lights of the symbolic Christmas and New Year’s tree this evening.

The activity took place in the historical area where the Festive Corner has been set up in the characteristic Bazaar. During the artistic organization, performed the young talents of the Children’s Cultural Center as well as the musical group “Simbol”.

The characteristic bazaar, the museum complexes, the cobbled streets as well as the modern part of the city have already been decorated with colorful holiday decorations, while Gjirokastra aims to continue to be an attractive destination for tourists in this festive atmosphere.
