After the boycott of parliamentary life by the opposition MPs, the majority continued with the approval of some decisions.
One of them is the appointment of the new Director General of Taxes, who is said to be Ilir Binaj.
Binaj has thus replaced Ceno Klosi.
DECISION:
In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Point 2, Article 17, of Law No. 9920, dated 19.5.2008, “On tax procedures in the Republic of Albania”, amended, with the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the Council of Ministers.
DECIDED:
1.Mr. Ilir Binaj is appointed General Director of Taxes.
- The Ministry of Finance and the General Directorate of Taxes are charged with the implementation of this decision.
This decision takes effect immediately.
