There are hundreds of citizens who have injected the vaccine against the seasonal flu during a month, which was offered free of charge for some categories in the health centers.

Director of Institute of Public Health, Eugena Tomini, says that the interest in this vaccine has been high, especially from the elderly.

According to her, 47% of vaccines have been used up so far.

Epidemiologists have not yet isolated influenza in circulation, but the number of upper and lower respiratory infections has been increasing in recent weeks.

Although the weather in October has been good, experts say that seasonal viruses, cases of flu or respiratory infections will be on the rise. They advise that all risk groups receive the flu vaccine, which will protect against severe forms and fatalities.
