The international puppet festival takes place for the first time in the city of Elbasan. 8 foreign theater troupes and 3 from Albania will present entertainment and different messages for the children on the stage of the “Skampa” theater.

This was an idea and desire of the well-known actress Shegushe Bebeti, who has been performing with children’s dolls for more than 40 years. Bebeti herself states that it was her wish to present the Children’s Doll Festival in her hometown, Elbasan.

“I really wish that this festival will become a beautiful tradition for the city of Elbasan as it is one of the most important events for the children who need cultural activities,” she said.

The International Puppet Festival is taking place in the city of Elbasan. The show “In the world of chocolates” came under the direction of Hysen Mullajonuzi who appreciated the festival and the values ​​it aims to convey.
