A group of Italian citizens held a protest in Tirana on Monday against the Rama-Meloni immigrant agreement.

With banners in their hands that read slogans against the Gjader camp built to host immigrants, the protesters moved in front of the prime minister’s office.

The implementation of the Rama-Meloni agreement for immigrants has so far failed twice to be implemented, since in both cases that Italy transferred some immigrants to Gjadër, the Court in Rome deemed it illegal and ordered their return to Italy.

For her part, the Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni came out against the judges in Rome, and in her rhetoric even used the argument of a preliminary decision, after the decision to return the immigrants to Italy, while she expressed her determination to continue with the implementation of the agreement.
