Another comeback to Albania’s capital from José Mourinho has been confirmed, as Partizani and Roma will have a luxury friendly match on August 12.

The Serie A team will return to the Albanian capital after winning the Conference League trophy in May 2022.

The news of the match had been rumored for some time, and was confirmed by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The Conference League final was the reason for the world-wide known manager José Mourinho to pay a visit to Tirana, as Roma and Feyenoord played against each other at “Air Albania” Stadium.

The stadium where the match will take place is expected to be confirmed in the coming days, as “Air Albania” will undergo an intervention with the planting of grass.

Partizani’s stadium only has a capacity of 4,000 people, should the match be played there.
