Euronews Albania journalist Eni Ferhati says that in 2023, we will see some major operations of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK).

According to Ferhati, there will be closures of important cases, for which investigations have been carried out for several years.

“Based on the expectations, based on the premises, I believe that we will see some very major operations of the Special Prosecutor’s Office unravel. We will see some very important cases closed, for which, investigations have been registered for years or months, they are cases that carry a heavy “weight”. As long as they are taking this long, this much is being verified, and that proof is expected to be found. We have to keep something in mind. When it comes to suspicions and providing evidence, even more so for reports or suspected criminal offenses, which were committed many years ago, it is difficult to find evidence. Therefore, we must also take into account the complexity of some of these cases”, he emphasized.
