The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy and Security, Kaja Kallas, met this Tuesday with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.

In a post on the X social network, Kallas reveals from the meeting that he has requested clarification of the terrorist attack in Banjska og Zveçan. She also emphasizes that the only path to EU membership is the normalization of Kosovo-Serbia relations based on the Ohrid agreement.

As for the terrorist attack on the Ibër-Lepenci canal, for which Kosovo accused Serbia, Kallas said that those responsible should be brought to justice.

“I met Albin Kurti and Aleksandar Vučić. The only way for EU membership is the normalization of their relations, based on the Ohrid agreement. I welcomed the willingness to cooperate fully after the latest terrorist attack. The perpetrators must face justice”, said Kaja Kallas.
