The Complaints and Sanctions Commission, in the CEC, has made the decision to register the Democratic Party, with the commanding chairman Enkelejd Alibeaj, in the local elections of May 14.

With a majority of votes, KAS rejected Berisha’s request and partially accepted Alibeaj’s request.

KAS also made the decision that the chief commissioner should register the Democratic Party in the elections, after completing the documentation with the data of the commanding chairman Enkelejd Alibeaj.

“At the end of the review, the KAS decided by a majority of votes to reject the appeal request of the Democratic Party, represented in the session by Ledio Nuraj.
