Klodian Braho has been elected as the new head of SPAK. Members of the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP) heard presentations from the four candidates for the position: Adnan Xholi, Doloreza Musabelliu, Elvin Gokaj, and Klodian Braho.

In the voting process, Braho received a total of 7 votes, Adnan Xholi received 3 votes, and Elvin Gokaj received 1 vote, while the remaining votes did not go to the other candidates.

Council members did not vote by secret ballot.
