Starting May 5, citizens of Kosovo can travel to Israel without a visa, but they must first obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL), Israeli Ambassador Tamar Ziv announced Wednesday in a post on X.
The authorization, valid for stays of up to 90 days, must be obtained at least 72 hours before departure.
“All travelers to Israel must have either a valid visa or an approved ETA-IL before beginning their journey. Obtaining an ETA-IL is a simple and quick process if the requirements are met.”
Last year, Israel became the 50th country to allow visa-free travel for Kosovars.
