The last session of this session of the Assembly of Kosovo was closed before it started.

After that, all the parliamentary groups spoke to the media. The first opposition accusing and criticizing the government for corruption and isolation of the country, while they say that autumn should bring a new situation in the country.

“This government that steals the state reserves, that steals even the citizens’ bread, in wheat and oil, what more should we expect, why should we allow them to continue their work from now on. We must have a continuous commitment to send the country to elections”, said Abelard Tahiri, Democratic Party of Kosovo.

“I am declaring that Kosovo cannot continue in September with sanctions, with a government with scandals like that of Zdrava and that of Vajti, with a government that continuously deliberately commits constitutional violations”, said Arben Gashi, Democratic League of Kosovo

“I doubt that Albin Kurti will retire”, said Besnik Tahiri, Alliance for the Future of Kosovo

For the ruling party, this parliamentary session is considered successful, while it left the blame for many things to the opposition.

“It can be classified as one of the most successful sessions in terms of structural changes in Kosovo’s economy and social policies, which were programmatic promises of the parliamentary majority”, said Armend Muja

With these statements, the people’s elected officials closed their work to return in September with the autumn session.

However, the restrictions imposed on the media on the balcony of the assembly hall were removed by opposition MPs before the spring session closed.
