The Minister of Justice of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, has announced that the implementation of the final restraining order with a temporary measure regarding real estate in the “Banjska” case has begun.
She said that the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets has started the identification of the assets mentioned in the order, including the villa that is considered to have belonged to the chief terrorist Milan Radojičić.
“The villa of Radojičić at Lake Ujman in Zubin Potok, but also other assets, in accordance with the Law and the court,” she said.
On September 24, 2023, an armed group of Serbs killed Kosovo police officer Afrim Bunjaku in Banjska, northern Kosovo.
Three Serbian attackers were also killed in the exchange of fire.
Kosovo accuses Serbia of the attack, while official Belgrade denies it.
Radoičić, who took responsibility for the attack, spent a day in pre-trial detention and was later released on condition that he not leave Serbia and not go to Kosovo.
