The senior adviser of the American State Department, Derek Chollet, received the European Union envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, on an official visit.

Through a post on Twitter, Chollet stated that the focus of the meeting was the extension of the situation in the north of Kosovo as well as the support of the Western Balkans path towards the European union.

“Great meeting with EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak about shared commitment to deescalating the situation in Kosovo and Serbia and supporting the Western Balkans’ path toward EU integration,” writes Chollet.
