Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has congratulated Kosovo, Albania, and Croatia on signing the trilateral declaration for a military alliance.
Kurti described the trilateral declaration as an extremely important step for security and peace in the region, emphasizing the defense cooperation and coordination among the three peace-loving nations.
“Congratulations to everyone! This is an extraordinarily important step for security and peace in the region through defense, cooperation, and coordination among our peace-loving countries, with the trilateral declaration for a military alliance signed today in Tirana between our Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, Albania’s Minister of Defense, Pirro Vengu, and Croatia’s Minister of Defense, Ivan Anušić,” Kurti wrote.
This agreement aims to strengthen the defense capabilities of the three countries, enhance cooperation in the defense industry, and improve military interoperability through education, training, and joint exercises, while fostering regional military cooperation.
The signing ceremony took place in Albania, where Minister Pirro Vengu welcomed his counterparts Ejup Maqedonci from Kosovo and Ivan Anušić from Croatia with high military honors.
