The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has said that the Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic, has rejected his offer for “self-management of the Kosovo Serbs, in an association” that Kurti himself would design and propose.

He did not give more details about this offer.

In a post on Twitter, Kurti mentioned this refusal of Vucic, recalling the other refusals of the Serbian president to sign the Agreement for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia on February 27, as well as the annex for the implementation of this Agreement, on the 18 March in Ohrid.
