The special envoy of the European Union for the dialogue between Belgrade and Prishtina, Miroslav Lajcak, spoke today with the European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, about the dialogue in a wider regional context.

In a post on his Twitter account, Varhelyi said that further dialogue between Belgrade and Prishtina is crucial for progress on the European path.

Lajcak announced that he had a useful conversation with Varhelji about the wider regional context, as well as the EU’s efforts for 2023.

“I am happy that I met with Commissioner Oliver Varheji today. It was useful to discuss the Dialogue in the wider regional context and European efforts for 2023,” Lajcak wrote on Twitter.
