Another star will be hitting the stage at the Skanderbeg Square in Tirana this Thursday, July 20 and is none other than Ricky Martin himself!

He will be performing most of his hit songs in front of the National Theater of Opera & Ballet in the Albanian capital this Thursday night.

Tickets are almost sold out and this shows how much the Albanian fans have anticipated this day. The ticket prices range from 28 euros to 174 euros, depending on the stage placement.

The “nightlife” mayor of Tirana, Rezart Cenaj, claims that this is a very good opportunity for Tirana and the Albanian national orchestra, as it will perform alongside the Latin popstar.

“From what we saw in the last [Enrique Iglesias] concert, there are a lot of tourists, from the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden. Ricky Martin will perform together with the Opera and Ballet orchestra. It is a very good promotion for our orchestra,” Cenaj said.

Furthermore, Cenaj added that there are many other performances from international artists in store, but for now it will be a secret.

The “Livin’ la vida loca” singer shared his excitement and feelings on social media, where he broke the news on his upcoming performances and invited all fans to be part of a night full of Latin sounds.

The Skanderbeg Square is ready to be filled by more than 10 thousand people and offer them a night to remember. It has previously hosted performances by world-wide known Albanian stars such as Dua Lipa and Rita Ora.

Ricky Martin will be going on tour soon and share the stage with singers such as Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias, with the latter also having performed some weeks ago in Tirana.
