Through a post on Twitter, the Delegation of the European Union in Tirana, has announced that it will continue to support Albanian farmers, who will be able to export their products to countries in the EU, without customs fees until 2025.

“The European Union continues to concretely support Albanian farmers. In difficult times, they will be able to export their products to the EU without customs duties until 2025. This measure will provide valuable support to the economy,” states the Twitter post of the EU delegation.

In the meantime, the news has also been reposted by the EU ambassador to Albania, Luigi Soreca on his Twitter account.

Soreca reemphasized that this is another concrete help from the EU for Albanian farmers.

“Another concrete help from the EU to the Albanian farmers. Many of them are already exporting products according to standards, thanks also to IPARD. Happy to see their products “Made in Albania” available in European markets. EU is here to support you,” wrote Soreca.
