The Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, along with an American delegation, arrived in the city of Vlora at midday this Tuesday.

He was accompanied by a large police presence and his security team. The delegation first stopped at the government villa, while it is reported that later Adams will also visit the Orikum area.

The official reasons for his visit to the coastal city have not yet been made public, but according to international media, the purpose of the New York mayor’s trip to Albania is related to strengthening economic cooperation and promoting tourism.
