Medical students have gathered again in front of the parliament and will hold a statement before the bill is voted that will force them to stay in Albania 5 years after graduation.
They showed that they happened to be in a meeting with Minister Spiropali.
“We met and expressed our disapproval of the bill. She had a reflection on her part and said that she will make a personal communication with the Speaker of the Parliament, Mrs. Lindita Nikolla, if the opportunity arises for us to be part of the plenary session that is currently taking place,” said a student.
Meanwhile, another student showed that on Wednesday they sent by e-mail an official request to the Assembly to participate in the plenary session.
“We have not received an answer, we have been ignored. We have not been given the opportunity to express our opinion about the situation, while we are the interest group that is affected by this. From the meeting we had with Spiropali, she told us that there will be another communication,” said the student.
