Prime Minister Edi Rama hosted the head of the government of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, in a meeting.

Through a post on his Facebook page, Rama says that he appreciated Kurt’s courage and realism towards the normalization of relations with Serbia.

Rama says that with Kurt it has been decided that the next meeting between the two governments will take place in June.

“I expressed to Albin all my sympathy for the courage and realism with which he has taken important steps towards the normalization of relations with Serbia. I encouraged the prime minister to take further steps, either for the guarantee of Serbian municipalities in the framework of the association that guarantees the self-management of the Serbian community, or for the operation with the necessary guarantees of the Serbian Church in its places of worship in Kosovo, assuring him that in this not easy process he has my full support. We agreed that the next meeting of both governments will be held in June,” Rama wrote on Facebook, among other things.
