Milan Radoičić’s restaurant and apartment in the north of Kosovo have been seized. The seized assets agency confiscated two immovable properties in North Mitrovica and one in Zubin Potok.
“There was a court order for the confiscation of three properties, Milan Radoičić’s villa, the Gray restaurant and an apartment on the sixth floor above the Gray restaurant,” says the confirmation made by the deputy police director for the northern region, Veton Elshani, for media in Kosovo.
The villa is located by Lake Ujman in the municipality of Zubin Potok in the north of Kosovo, while the restaurant and the apartment are located in North Mitrovica – this municipality is inhabited by a majority of Serbs.
These three immovable properties were initially seized by the Kosovo Prosecutor’s Office in September last year.
Meanwhile, Serbian List, the party that enjoys the support of Belgrade, declared that the confiscation of Milan Radoičić’s property is illegal and unfounded and that it aims to “escalate” and “remove Serbs from Kosovo”.
This is the first reaction of the Serbian List to the events related to Milan Radoičić after the attack in Banjska.
