Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has arrived in Munich, Germany, to attend the Security Conference.
Rama held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Bavaria, Markus Söder. The Albanian head of government stated that Söder is a great friend of Albania, with whom the country shares a long-standing friendship.
Meanwhile, the conference takes place at a time of strong positions regarding the situation in Ukraine, where the U.S. appears to be imposing a diplomatic dictate to bring parties to the negotiation table, whether with Putin or Zelensky.
According to the Americans, Europe is no longer the main factor but rather an additional player that must do what it can.
