The NATO spokeswoman, Oana Lungescu, also reacted to the stun bomb attack on a EULEX patrol in Rudara.

She said that NATO joins its allies and the European Union in strongly condemning last night’s attack.

“Any such attack is unacceptable and the perpetrators must be held accountable.” 

In addition she also said that the NATO Mission in Kosovo, KFOR, remains extremely alert and fully capable of carrying out its mandate.

“We call on all parties to avoid provocative actions and rhetoric and contribute to peace and stability,” she wrote on Twitter.
