Towers, resorts, hotels and photovoltaic parks are some of the main facilities that are expected to be built in the coming months in Tirana and in the coastal areas. Permits for these projects have been approved by the National Council of the Territory (NCT).

Some of the towers in the capital will exceed 40 floors. One of them, “Sun Moon Star”, which will be built on “Asim Vokshi” street, will have 44 floors above ground and 7 floors underground. Another multi-storied building, with a height of 54 meters, is planned for construction on “Panorama” street, in the land of Kadastra.

Also, permits were approved for the construction of other towers with 44 and 55 floors above ground and 5 floors underground on “Dritan Hoxha” street.

The projects are not limited to the capital. Several hotels and resorts are planned in the coastal areas. A hotel with 25 floors will be built in Shengjin, while another with 23 floors will be built in Vlora. Meanwhile, other resorts will be built in Zvrnec, Jalë and Palasa.

Meanwhile, the permits granted for the development of photovoltaic parks for energy production are mainly focused on Fier.
