The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced through their official page that there will cease to be any limitations or restrictions for visitors arriving to Albania.

Albanian citizens as well as foreign nationals won’t be asked to provide proof of the COVID-19 test verifying a negative result, nor will they be asked for any other specific documents in regards to the pandemic.
