There will be nothing, at the moment, regarding the donors’ conference for Kosovo and Serbia, which was planned in the agreements between the leaders of two states in Brussels and Ohrid, Radio Free Europe (REL) learns from a source in Brussels.

The member countries of the European Union agree that at the moment there is no room for discussions on the organization of the donors’ conference for Kosovo and Serbia, which was foreseen in the Agreement on the normalization of relations, reached by the leaders, on February 27 in Brussels and in the Annex of implementation that was agreed on March 18 in Ohrid.

The text of the agreement provided for the organization of the donors’ conference, 150 days after reaching the agreement, in order to create a financial package for Serbia and Kosovo, but the payment would be made only after it was established that all points of the agreement have been implemented.

Since neither party has implemented any of the points, at the moment there is no disposition to hold the donors’ conference, REL learns in Brussels.

On this occasion, the representatives of several EU member states emphasized that the responsibility for the removal from the agenda of the plans for donor conference belongs to both parties, because neither Kosovo nor Serbia have started implementing the agreements from Ohrid and Brussels.
