52-year-old Kristo Agalliu was arrested and 61-year-old Agron Duraj is being investigated after a video emerged, where they discussed vote buying.

The video shows Duraj talking on the phone with Agalliu.

“100 thousand ALL is a shame. We can take it, but it’s a shame. You have two votes, I have four. I have my own car, why would I need the one there. They can supply it with fuel. I can lower the bargain. 100 thousand ALL and 50 thousand ALL diesel. This is the last bargain,” Duraj can be heard saying.

According to police sources, the two citizens discussed vote buying for the “Together We Win” coalition, headed by Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha.
