The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, during her visit to the United Arab Emirates, met with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

In a post on social media, President Osmani highly praised what she described as the continued support of the United Arab Emirates.

“I am honored by the warm hospitality and the always substantive discussions with the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, whom I thanked for his visionary leadership and for the continuous support for Kosovo—from the most difficult days to the present,” she wrote.

Osmani added that Kosovo is blessed to have the ongoing support of President Mohamed bin Zayed and the people of the United Arab Emirates.

“Over the years, we have opened a new era of partnership between our two countries, from visa liberalization to the UAE’s valuable contributions in concrete areas of development. In particular, I expressed the gratitude of the people of Kosovo for the UAE’s contributions in the healthcare sector, as well as for the continuation of the important project to build the new gynecology hospital, supported by our previous agreement. I also highly appreciate the President’s full understanding and support for new projects in healthcare and other development fields that we presented yesterday,” she wrote.
