Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani announced in a post on Facebook that she held a meeting with her Swiss counterpart, Guy Parmelin. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the World Government Summit.

Osmani described Parmelin as a great friend of the people of Kosovo. According to the statement, they discussed concrete steps toward deepening cooperation between the two countries. She emphasized that Kosovo remains deeply grateful for Switzerland’s unwavering support over the years.

“Meetings at the World Government Summit continued with the President of Switzerland, Guy Parmelin, a great friend of the people of Kosovo. Following Davos, we continued our discussion on concrete steps toward deepening cooperation between our two countries, with our diaspora serving as a key bridge in this partnership,” Osmani wrote.
