The president of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has reiterated her stance that Serbia won’t see any other solutions, apart from the mutual recognition of the current borders of Kosovo.
This statement was given by Osmani during a joint press conference with her Austrian homolog, Alexander Van der Bellen.
Osmani added that the EU should make it clear to Serbia that they can’t play both sides of the field, but that they should make their position clear.
“Serbia can’t sit down on two chairs at the same time. It has to choose, which its true road will be, instead of acting pro-European on one hand, and on the other amplifying the collaboration with Russia in all spheres, putting the entire region at risk from Russian influence,” stated Osmani, during the joint press conference with Van der Bellen.
Osmani also emphasized that Serbia has committed many crimes in Kosovo and that the only thing her country is demanding is justice, not revenge.
In addition, Osmani invited the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vucic to at least put a single flower in Batajnica, as a sign of honoring the hundreds of Albanian children and civilians, who were killed during the Kosovo War.
