The Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, is conducting an official visit to Pristina today, where she met with her counterpart in Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, and the Prime Minister, Albin Kurti.

During the meeting, Spiropali emphasized the cooperation between the two countries and the strengthening of relations, in the creation of regional stability and Euro-Atlantic integration.

Konjufca reconfirmed that the bilateral relationship will serve the common vision between the two countries towards membership in the European Union.

During the meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Speaker Spiropali pointed out that the Assemblies and Governments can further concretize the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, as a model for inter-Albanian regional cooperation and beyond.

Prime Minister Kurti also expressed his gratitude for the support of the Assembly of Albania for Kosovo’s membership in the Council of Europe and the conviction that this support will continue.
