The Albanian Parliament will convene on Thursday for its next plenary session, with the agenda expected to be dominated by six interpellations requested by opposition lawmakers with members of the government cabinet, including Prime Minister Edi Rama.

MP Agron Shehaj has requested an interpellation with the Prime Minister regarding the concession agreement for the Thumanë–Vorë–Kashar road axis.

Two interpellations have been requested with Finance Minister Petrit Malaj by MPs Agron Shehaj and Erald Kapri. The discussions will focus on revenues generated from concessions and public-private partnerships during 2025, as well as the execution of financial obligations and the collection of a fine of approximately €120 million imposed on Bankers Petroleum.

Meanwhile, a group of Democratic Party lawmakers has requested an interpellation with Interior Minister Besfort Lamallari concerning the incident in Maliq, where police officer Enea Mekolli lost his life during a police operation aimed at apprehending a wanted individual.
