The Plein Hotel, the renowned brand of world-famous designer Philipp Plein, inaugurated just a few months ago in Milan, has chosen Tirana as the first city to expand outside Italy.
The Plein Group has recently signed an exclusive agreement with the Albanian real estate company X One shpk, led by Ylli Ujka and Çesk Ivanaj. Through a unique spectacle, the Plein Group and X One today introduced this new collaboration that promises success.
“I can say that it is even more exciting to see what will happen in the next five years. What I can say is that the level of nightlife and entertainment in Albania will raise the standards. I can say that you should expect the unexpected,” said Philipp Plein.
The luxurious Grand Park Skyline structure, which includes three towers (two residential and one hotel), is the newest project in the Albanian capital, set to change Tirana’s skyline by creating an extraordinary space of luxury, fashion, and entertainment, transforming it into an exclusive destination.
“This is the first time that world-famous designer Philipp Plein comes to Albania, not for a visit, but for a project that is truly unique,” said Ylli Ujka.
“This is a very special day because you have the honor of having the Philipp Plein brand in our project,” stated Çesk Ivanaj.
The designed towers will feature a five-star hotel, intended for a select clientele. Inside the complex, there will also be a branded lounge called Philipp’s, a Japanese restaurant “Sukaru Ba,” and an exclusive club “Crystal Beach,” all following the model already successfully tested by The Plein Hotel in Milan.
For the Plein Group, this agreement represents another cornerstone in the growth and development of the Philipp Plein brand and its hospitality ventures, while also consolidating X One’s position as a leader in the luxury hospitality sector in Albania.
