Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti is set to meet French President Emmanuel Macron for the first time later during the week.
According to an announcement released by the press office, PM Kurti will be discussing the last visit in Brussels on turning a new page with Serbia.
Three months ago, French President Macron wrote to PM Kurti to congratulate him on winning the national polls and urged him to continue the dialogue process, as well as inviting him on an official visit to France.
“I want to guarantee France’s support on all these priorities, for the good of the people of Kosovo and bringing your country nearer to Europe. I would be glad to welcome you in Paris soon to discuss these topics”, the letter read.
