Prime Minister Albin Kurti met this Tuesday the new ambassador of Albania in Kosovo, Petrit Malaj. Kurti congratulated Malaj on his new task, emphasizing the brotherly relations between the two states.

The topic of conversation between them was the Western Balkans region, “where cooperation between states should be based on democracy and security, on the orientation and values ​​of NATO and the EU”.

“Prime Minister Kurti singled out the agreements between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Albania, the implementation of which strengthens our relations and brings the citizens closer to each other. They have a direct and positive impact on their lives, businesses and beyond,” the relevant announcement states.

While Malay, for his part, has expressed his commitment to further the relations between the two countries.
