Albania’s PM, Edi Rama explained this Sunday, the reason why he chose the minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, to race in Kombinat.
He said that Balluku is ranked amongst those people that know how to deal with challenges and manage them successfully.
“There is a reason why Belinda is being given the burden to cover for Kombinat, because Belinda is amongst those that were born to carry heavy burdens,” said Rama.
The leader of the Socialist Party considered minister Belinda Balluku a key person, in the efforts Albania is making in the spheres of construction and reconstruction of its road and energy infrastructures.
“She has had to carry heavy burdens as a child because of fate and she still carries heavy burdens to this day and in all our efforts to rebuild and build a modern infrastructure for Albania, she is a key figure, be it for road infrastructure as well as energy infrastructure,” he added.
Rama emphasized that minister Balluku didn’t choose Kombinat to profit in terms of votes, but in order to serve and solve the problems, that this area is faced with.
“She is the key figure today and Belinda has come to Kombinat not only to get some votes, because she could get votes anywhere, but she has come to Kombinat in order to stay on top of things,” said PM Rama.
