In the meeting with the socialist mayors, Prime Minister Edi Rama requested that a diaspora coordinator be appointed by the end of September in each municipality.

Likewise, a coordinator for the diaspora should be appointed at the district level.

It is expected that the prime minister will resume the interrupted tour with Albanians who live and work abroad.

During the meeting, a projection was also made in each district of where the Socialist Party is at risk and where it grows based on the result of 2021 but also the inclusion for the first time of the vote of the diaspora.
