President Bajram Begaj has congratulated the Muslim faithful on the start of the month of Ramadan, through a post on Facebook.

Begaj writes about an easy fast accepted by everyone.

“Tomorrow the Albanian Muslim believers start their glorious month of Ramadan.

I wish that patience, reflection, spiritual purification and iftars in the family, community or with the impossible, make the Albanian society more pious, guided by the right, wisdom and kindness.

Easy and accepted fasting for everyone!

May God’s peace and blessing be upon you!, Begaj wrote on Facebook,” he said.
