The President of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, has distributed a congratulatory message to the United States of America on the occasion of the Independence Day of the USA.

In the message, the Speaker of the Parliament emphasizes that Albania is proud of its existential friendship with the USA.

Nikolla adds that the 4th of July is not only a US holiday, but a celebration of democracy around the world.

“The most heartfelt congratulations to the American people, on the occasion of July 4, the Independence Day of the United States of America.

July 4 is not only the day that marks the independence of a nation, but a grand celebration of freedom and a great celebration of democracy.

Albania is proud of the existential friendship, strong support, close cooperation and strategic partnership with the US in NATO and in the contributions to the protection of peace, security and freedom of nations.”
