President Ilir Meta was in Vlora today, when he invited voters to participate in the April 25th elections, by being free and in the name of their own dignity and the strengthening of democracy.
This message came after the head of state declared the decoration of 5 heroes of the Albanian National-Liberation Battle against Fascism, in Vlora.
“It is the responsibility of every generation for the sake of our shared history and our European future. We can only protect freedom by strengthening democracy and by refusing any kind of social oppression. Therefore, I invite all citizens of Vlora to participate in these elections and to show their dignity and power through their free and fair vote,” said the head of state.
