The project for the port of Durres is corrupt and a sufficient motive for strong protests.

This is what Sali Berisha declared at the meeting of the Democratic Parliamentary Group this Wednesday.

The chief democrat warned that in addition to the legal and parliamentary battle against this government project, the Democratic Party should also prepare for massive protests.

Berisha also spoke about the economic damage caused by this project to Albania.

During the meeting, Berisha commented on the SPAK arrests for the Fier incinerator, saying that Edi Rama is trying to shut down his critics with the recent arrests for the incinerators.
